The sauna was a dream come true. I spent almost every moment in it and the setup/take down was so easy.... well... Brian made it look easy! I will definitely be renting one again soon.
This is a pretty swanky operation, though I can't say it's no sweat. White glove delivery, solid wood, easy to get fired up and keep hot. People will want to be your friend.
Wonderful experience renting a sauna from SteamCity. Arrived on time and setup under an hour. Provides everything you need from firewood to starter material , matches , water bucket. The benches were clean. Sauna got up to 180° even on a single digit night. Highly recommend !
Amazing experience! Steam City Sauna made my party unforgettable. Brian was incredibly responsive, organized, and communicative — he made the whole process so easy. My friends LOVED it. Everyone kept commenting on how unique and different the party was. It even started snowing during the party and we had a blast hopping between the snow and the steaming heat. We ended up keeping the sauna for the next day because it was such a hit and had more people over for round two! If you’re looking for a different kind of party experience people will rave about long after, this is it.
Stream City Sauna is amazing! The sauna tent is arranged so well with comfortable benches, attractive wood flooring, and the lovely wood stove. Brian sets the tent up with thoughtful placement and helpful instructions. The sauna is easy to get going and once it’s hot, it’s total bliss! Thank you so much for an incredible weekend!
Excellent experience! Ordering was simple, setup was fluid and thoughtful. We had everything we needed from branded matches to oodles of wood and starters, leather gloves, bucket and ladle. The sauna got surprisingly hot with ease. We loved it! Will definitely do this again.
Recently rented a a sauna for my partner's birthday party for the weekend in our backyard and it was incredible! It was super easy to book and Brian from Steam City Sauna handled all of the set-up and break-down of the sauna in my backyard and fielded all my questions. Between the price for the weekend, the excellent customer service and just the overall experience of using that sauna it was a 10/10 for me. My partner gets seasonal depression so we are thinking of renting again for the end of the winter season to bring us something joyful and warm to look forward to.
